Different Types Of Counselling Services
Emotional Rejection and Abuse
It can be done through words (control, injure, humiliate or trap you)
Through actions (set very strict rules, vents too much, controls you by giving threats, mood swings, uses God to force own authority on you, playing favourites)

These issues will be dealt with using the STREPCO and Pastoral approach to therapy (more info will be given in sessions) Does this sound familiar?

Unresolved trauma and pain can lead to heavy stress in the relationship. Miscommunication is one of the big issues most people deal with and don’t know it. Therapy like IMAGO, might help you and your partner to figure out where they stand in the relationship and rekindle the connection.
The Pastoral and STREPCO approach will be used.
In relationship counseling, couples have a safe space to express their feelings, concerns, and goals for the relationship. The therapist facilitates open dialogue, teaches effective communication skills, and offers tools to navigate conflicts constructively. The ultimate goal is to foster understanding, empathy, and mutual respect between partners, leading to greater intimacy and satisfaction in the relationship.
Book NowGrief & Loss

Shock and denial
Anger
Depression
Bargaining
Sadness
Closure and acceptance
The grieving process is unique to each individual and can unfold in stages or waves. It may involve coming to terms with the reality of the loss, experiencing intense emotions, adjusting to life without what or who was lost, and eventually finding a way to integrate the loss into one's life while moving forward.
